EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
Between 28th October and 1th November the Polish-German specialized training will take place. The training concerns such topics as group building, group phases and group dynamic as well as the role of trainer in work with a group.
The training is aimed at persons who work or want to work
in informal education in the future as well as want to gain a deeper insight into the group dynamic while working with international youth. Basic elements of group structure such as communication, norms, goals and roles will be both discussed and used. During the workshop, participants will have the possibility to try out and analyze the methods
on the basis of different situations which can happen in a group or while working with a group.
Participants will work in international teams. Under the trainer’s supervision, they will observe and try out various phases and processes which occur in international groups.
