YEAR 2011 NEWS

We are pleased to announce the start of the first activities carried out under the second edition of the project "I'm going back to work! " Another unemployed start their participation in the project.

At the beginning each of participants has an individual career counseling. Purpose of the meeting with the advisor is a diagnosis of occupational skills and abilities, to determine the direction of professional development and develop an individual action plan. Next, participants will take part in group counseling with elements of gender, which will contain training in interpersonal skills, self-presentation skills improvement and creation of image, active job search methods and the participants will learn how to write application documents. Also they will undergo practical training to prepare for an interview and talk with an employer. Participants will also learn the mechanisms of stereotyping, flexible forms of employment and legal aspects of preventing discrimination and promoting equality in the workplace. In the remainder of the project participants also will improve their computer skills under the guidance of experts.
