12.10.2010 Nasutów Polish-german-belarusian media exchange European Centre of Youth Co-operation

Between the 1-st and 8-th of October 2010 at the European Meeting in Nasutów near Lublin were held Polish-German-Belarusian media workshops "Online journalism." The organizers of the workshop were the European Meeting Centre-Nowy Staw Foundation together with Bennohaus from Münster and the Association Dzedzich from Brest.

During the workshops participants worked in four groups. The first group formed a team of Internet television. Their job was media coverage of the debate titled "Social Networks-threat or opportunity?" as well a discussions on the impact of computer games on young people's behavior. The task of the second group was to probe the street and preparing vidcasts about social network sites such as Nasza-Klasa or Facebook. Furthermore the participants wrote Web Blog and recorded podcasts on the topic "What I wanted to be when I was a small and who I am now." Feature Volunteer Center of Lublin is the product of the third group. The whole workshop as well ways of spending free time by participants were documented by a fourth group.

Courtesy of Radio Lublin authorities and the regional branch of TVP participants from Lublin, Münster and Brest were able to observe the work of radio and television journalists during their visit to Radio Lublin and Polish Television.
