15.09.2010. Kielce "Back to Work!" – a new Project realized in Świętokrzyskie Region Labor Market Institute

Labour Market Institute has began a new project in the province of Świętokrzyskie since the 1-st of September. The project "Back to Work!" is implemented under the Human Capital Programme (Measure 6.1.1) under a contract signed by the Provincial Labour Office in Kielce.

The aim of the project "Back to work!" is to activate unemployed women (including women registered as well as unregistered in the Labour Office from Świętokrzyskie Province).


As a part of the project, the participants will take part in the individual and group vocational guidance and computer trainings. The next step is a vocational training, which encompasses six directions: administration and management of the Secretariat/Office, basis accounting, software with support for financial accounting, computer literate trader with cash register handling, computer graphics, florist, cook and little catering. The final part of the participation in the project is 3-month probation in a professional company with professional employer. The aim of the last step is the practical preparation for the further occupation. The costs covered from the project’s funds are: medical examination, wages for trainee (internship grants) and the cost of necessary insurance.
