The aim of the project is to improve the qualifications of professional counselors from Poland, Ukraine and Belarus through the transfer of the methods of professional counseling for young people between 4 countries: Poland, Norway, Belarus and Ukraine.

The Project consists on a series of workshops for professional counselors from Poland, Ukraine and Belarus (15 persons each country). The workshops will take place in Poland, Belarus and Ukraine. The trainers will be experienced counselors from Norway, Poland, Belarus and Ukraine, who will present the methods of work with youth in their countries and institutions.

After the workshops the participants from Ukraine and Belarus will have one-week traineeships in institutions dealing with professional counseling in Poland.

In the project there will also be study visits in institutions acting on the field of professional counseling in every partner country.

Moreover some methodic materials for work with youth will be worked out and an internet platform will be created with a database of materials and methods for professional counselors.

The project will last 15 months, from January 2010 until March 2011.
