Polish-German youth exchange –„ Activity, fitness and adequate nutrition”
From July 18th to 25th 2009 there will be Polish-German youth meeting in European Meeting Centre-Nowy Staw Foundation in Nasutów near Lublin.

The main purpose of the meeting is to educate participants that an active leisure activities and a balance diet are really important. During that project young people will have a great opportunity to participate in classes with fitness trainer, visit a swimming pool and take part in a night game on forest. What’s more, the participants will have a chance to use their knowledge about adequate nutrion during preparing a meal. After that there will be a picnic on fresh air.

Moreover, there will be a bonfire and an international evening according to plan. It will help the participants to meet better and exchange views and experience.
