YEAR 2009 NEWS

Society AMICUS together with European Meeting Centre - Nowy Staw Foundation, Foundation Together Polska, Foundation for Support of Education and Self-Government Development Among Youth VIRIBIS UNITIS, Foundation for Social and Economical Initiatives "Progradi", Society Western Institute invites to take part in the competition “The citizens of Europe are voting - EuroLOGO, EuroFILM, EuroPOSTCARD”.

The competition „The citizens of Europe are voting - EuroLOGO, EuroFILM, EuroPOSTCARD” is realized as a part of the project “Vote for Europe!”. The idea of both initiatives is to mobilize the citizens to vote in the European Parliament Election.

The competition is divided in three different categories:

• EuroLOGO – preparation of project`s logo together with slogan
• EuroFILM – movie made in any technique with duration between 15 seconds and 1 minute
• EuroPOSTCARD – preparation of a leaflet in the form of a postcard

The aim of every work should be to encourage people to vote in the European Parliament Election.

Who can take part in the competition?

• Everyone who lives in Poland
• The deadline for sending the works is 27 February 2009
• Awards: 3 laptops, 3 MP4-players, 3 MP3-players
