Experts and people working with young people in each of the 4 countries participating in the project (Poland, Italy, Malta, Slovakia) will work on preparation of the program. The experts who will be involved in working on materials, are experienced teachers, guidance counselors, psychologists who are experienced in working with young people.

At the beginning, experts will prepare an introduction that will contain the training objectives of the program, methods and ways of its implementation, as well as methodology for interpersonal and social training. In addition curriculum will be developed, it will consist of 10 lesson scenarios (a maximum of 90 minutes, 2 sessions) in key areas (assertiveness, creativity, accountability, openness, decision making, adaptability, coping with stress and conflict, communication skills, teamwork). In total, the program will include 15 hours of training or 20 hours of lessons.

The idea is to create materials which may be easily adaptable to various forms of youth education (formal education: school and academic, non-formal education). Each scenario will include tasks and exercises, role plays, simulations with a detailed description of their use. In addition, each scenario will contain additional multimedia content (published online).

Developed materials will then be tested. In each country, there will be 3 short (two-hour) classes conducted in any form (classroom lessons in schools, workshops during career days at schools, workshops in the organization) by the staff of partner organizations. The aim of this action is to test in practice the scenarios, evaluate and gather the opinions of young people about prepared material, and propose possible changes or adjustments to the developed teaching materials.

Final version of the materials will be translated into languages of partners.
