The end of the project "Career of young people in your hands"
After 9 months of work, on 1st of June activities within the project "Career of young people in your hands" completed. The project was attended by 144 teachers who participated in activities relating to career counseling, prevention and the use of modern tools in teaching. Each of participants took part in a total of 80 hours of training. As demonstrated by evaluation of the project, work of coaches, substantive part and organization have been very highly appreciated by the beneficiaries. Results of this study clearly indicate the achievement of soft outcomes (defined as the difference between knowledge before and after training) in all groups participating in the project. Worth emphasizing is that the rates exceeded 40% moreover also in advanced groups where the participants already had high levels of knowledge and skills. This demonstrates the perfect matching of content and methodology of work by the coaches in relation to the participants from each group. In some cases, such as in group 1 and 5, the knowledge increased more than 80%. The project thus can be considered a success and a good example of use of the funds of the Human Capital Operational Programme.
